Russell Hobbs Microwave nearly exploded!

I was honestly a huuuuuge russell hobbs fan, however recently we purchased a microwave which was working perfectly up until yesterday when it nearly exploded in my kitchen with me standing infront of it. I am truly grateful that I was present to stop it when I did, who knows what could've happened if I had walked out the room whilst it happened.

I will honestly not be recommending russell hobbs to anyone and I will be sure to replace everything from your brand in my home, it will also no longer be a gift from myself to anyone for any occasion.
