Russell Hobbs lost my warranty registration

Imagine my sheer dissapointment when after only 6 months my microwave and pressure cooker start to rust. I had sent them both in this past weekend for repair when today I get a call to say sorry we are not honouring your warranty.

When I had bought my Samsung washing machine, my Hisense fridge and TV, Samsung and Hisense honoured my warranties. My Russell Hobbs microwave and my pressure cooker sadly you seem to have no record of my warranty which I did register online. I am very dissapointed and highly upset with you Russell Hobbs.
