Russell Hobbs Dishwasher Racks

I have purchased a new Russell Hobbs dishwasher from Game Clearwater Mall 8 months ago on a promotion. The reason for purchasing a dishwasher, was that my previous dishwasher's racks started to rust and the expense of replacing them was just ridiculous. 5 Months after purchase, both the top rack and bottom rack started rusting. I KNOW all the rules of owning a dishwasher e.g. unpacking ASAP after the wash cycle has completed, drying the racks, keeping the door open to dry etc., etc.. I went back to Game and they immediately contacted the Russel Hobbs customer services department. Reta was the contact person and after I spoke to her personally, I provided the following information: Model: RHDW12DS Serial number: ********** ********** 8 I was requested to send photos to an IPAD (I have the number) I was assured that new racks would be send to Clearwater Mall within 3 working days. Needless to say - after 3 working days, it was not delivered Game again contacted Reta (I have her number) and she apologized for the oversight. After again providing all the information (that was sms'd AND photos send to IPAD) Reta assured that within 3 working days I could collect the racks. It has been 3 months!! NO racks, and every time Game at Clearwater Mall and myself have been promised delivery. MMMmmm - NO Russel Hobbs products for me again...........
