Russell hobbs dishwasher

Hello,

I have a russell hobbs dishwasher RHDW12DS and I need a top rack and ive been told it's discontinued. So you are telling me I need to buy a new dishwasher. I will never buy any russell hobbs appliances ever again. How can you sell stuff and discontinu them after a while. And I've all read checked with late gang & van Biljoen so dont bother telling me to contact them.

Well falco don't even reply to my emails it shouldn't matter home of living brands is part of russell hobbs. This is bad service I wish I bought a defy dishwasher
