Russell Hobbs bad quality

We bought a Russell Hobbs Heritage Kitchen Machine at Boardmans Brooklyn on 02/01/2018. I know that the machine only has a 2 year warranty, but now just after the two year warranty expired, the machine is falling apart. Firstly the dough hook's thread disintegrated when we tried making bread dough. Secondly this morning our Blending Jug's mechanism that sits at the bottom of the jug to connect to the gear of the machine also just disintegrated. We have heard of this poor type of quality from Russell Hobbs before, but bought the Machine, because it really looked like the real deal. Never again!!
