Russell Hobbs bad bad bad news

<p>Russell Hobbs is just a brand that has lost its meaning and te quality of their products its really bad. I bought a Russel Hobbs blender at Hirsh's and I have had to return it twice because it had a problem. The first time the blender stopped working and they fixed it free of charged. This morning a month later after they fixed it, there I was confidently making my smoothie and and I pour the contents of the smoothie in my glass and the skrews of the blender go into my glass. The *****s were all off and inside my smothie. I then went to Hirsh's and I was told that they cannot fix it it unless I pay R250 for Russell Hobbs to look at the problem. I get that its not under warranty anymore but how many times will I be paying money for a products that is of poor quality. A product that requires to be fixed time and time again. I had a Russell Hobbs Iron that is not working properly. At this stage I am beyond disappointed with the Russell Hobbs brand and I will never recommend it to anyone. I hope that someone sees this and spare them the stress and frustration of owing a Russell Hobbs brand. </p>
