Russell hobbs appliances ****

Bought a microwave at Game Stores in July 2018 and on the 5th Feb 2019 it just stopped working, won't switch on. Took it to Game for exchange and they tell us they have to book it for assessment and it takes 21 days. Am so annoyed coz we have a baby and can't survive without a microwave. Am so ****ed off and will never buy Russell Hobbs appliances ever, that policy just sucks
