Russell Hobbs - 600W Mix-Art Black Stand Bowl Mixer. Unrepairable after owning it for 1 year 4 months - I gave a negative review previously because I had not registered the product and was told that the guarantee was expired and the product irreparable. In further consultation with Camlene Jacobs the Consumer Service Administrator they approved a new replacement of the mixer with full 2 year guarantee (of which they registered the extra year on my behalf). This is amazing service and I will always recommend them and their brands in the future. I couldn't be happier!
