Russell Brands Air fryer

After purchasing an air fryer from Makro and having it break down after just a year and to be told the unit had been discontinued and I could not get spares made me extremely unhappy. However after writing to Hello Peter with my complaint House of living brands actually came to assist and resolved my problem with a different unit and what was a really unpleasant experience has completely restored my faith in customer service and ensuring one happy customer. Well done Russell hobbs and home of living Brands !!
