Russel Hobbs Rust bucket

I wrote an email to Russel Hobs South Africa with pictures of their rusted s**** baskets after 2 years of use, i recieved an answer that i violated their rights and Security or policy settings at holb.co.za have rejected your message.. This is the message i sent them that they rejected. Mr Russel Hobbs will turn in his grave when he sees how his name is dragged through the rust, this is how the baskets look after only two years of use both baskets in this Russel Hobs dishwasher, so if you are searching for a new dishwasher, stay far away from this name brand, i think it is built in the backyard of some *********** drunk, stamp a Russel Hobbs sticker on and whalla. and for Hallopeter i could not upload the images of these rotten rusted baskets unfortunately
