Russel Hobbs, resort to selling inferior products and low level tactics to avoid honoring their warranty!

Disappointing product for a brand that is supposedly superior! I bought a kettle December 2019, January 2020 the kettle stops working. exactly 1 year and 1 month after purchase!

Remembering a 2 year warranty on the unit, I take the box out and read the 2 year warranty sticker which is specific that I legitimately qualify for an extended 1 year warranty if the product is registered on the website.

I open my browser and go to the website to register my product. Only to find now that I have 1 year to register the product after purchase....

Not only are their products *******, now they come with ********* marketing tactics too... It must be embarrassing for such a brand to resort to not only selling inferior products to the consumer, but having to resort to such low level tactics in order to avoid the responsibility of honoring their warranty.
