Russel Hobbs - Poor quality products and service

I have bought 2 Russel Hobbs glass kettles and on both of them the lids broke. The last one had a 2 year warranty which lapsed during April 2023. I contacted the company more than once without receiving any response from them. I have vouched that I will never purchase another Russel Hobbs product as their after sales services is extremely poor.
