Russel Hobbs Kettle - Glass
After I reportrf my unhappiness with this company om 03 May 2023, The company responded. They now tell me the warranty has expired. When I inittially contacked them, there was still a 2 month warrenty period left. Due to THEIR POOR afters sales service, the warranty expiered. I will NOT recommend anyone to purchase any of their products!!!!!!!!!!!!

18 Jul 2023, 14:42Home of Living Brands eventually appologised for not coming back to me when I sent emails during January 2023 & February 2023. They analised everything and decided to replace my kettle with a new kettle. Jade Scheepers from their Maitland branch was very helpful and kept me updated. I received the kettle today 18/07/2023.
