Russel Hobbs ****py microwaves

I bought a Russell Hobbs microwave last year at the end of July. A year later when warming a meal I suddenly smell a bad smell coming from it. The microwave had formed a gold size ball in it that was discoloured. When I took it to Russell Hobbs I was told, after I had to follow up with them over a week, microwaves suddenly smelling like something burst and having golf size ***** in them was normal. Also that was my fault and I should come fetch the microwave from the repair centre. I bought a Russell Hobbs microwave because I thought it was a good brand. Be warned its not and they will try blame you for their bad products.
