Russel Hobbs and Home of Living brands - poor quality product and poor repair service.

Bought a complete Russel Hobbes Kitchen machine with accessories in 2020. First plastic part broke a year and six months later. I now handed in the whole machine for repairs. 2 months later I have no feedback regarding the repairs, despite calling numerous time to follow up. The lady now told me that spares are not available to repair the unit, but when I seemed unhappy about that, she was not sure anymore and once again promised to call me back. Very unhappy about the product, which I though was a reputable brand, and extremely unhappy about the repairs service.
