Russel hobb their electronics are not a quality they must change their service provider because their devices they stop working while they are still new

I have noticed something with the Russell hobbs product they dont have to be old in other for them to stop working 2years ago i bought a Russell hobbs iron it just kept quiet it stops working then i also bought a microwave worse it didn't even take six months it was acting up i then took it back to the store for repairs worse now its nolonger working and its still new we can't even warm our food but we've got a new microwave
