<p>I recently bought a Russell Hobbs kettle via Takealot.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is a design flaw on the lid, with the result that it has now broken into two.</p> <p> </p> <p>Russell Hobbs won't replace the kettle.</p> <p> </p> <p>They want to take it away to examine for three weeks, before deciding to repair or replace.</p> <p> </p> <p>That's ******* service. I need to use a kettle on a daily basis.</p> <p> </p>
