Replacement motor for Russell Hobb Mist fan

Since the 6th February I am trying to get a quote for a replacement motor for my Russell Hobb mist fan. The fan was not cheap and therefore we would like to first see if it’s worth fixing. I eventually received replies and I was informed that they do not have the exact same motor but another one that is compatible. I send the quote request form that was requested but I still don’t have any idea what the cost ist because my numerous emails are getting ignored. It’s been extremely hot and we still without a fan. This kind of service is shocking!!!!
