Reject Russell Hobbs toaster.

I purchased a Russell Hobbs toaster online and upon receiving it, I found that the item was a reject. The name Russell Hobbs was engraved upside down. This was bought as a gift for someone. Embarrassing for me when the recipient returned the product and opted for another brand! This is very poor quality control on the part of the company. Sort your mess out!
