Refund on returned goods

On April 11 I asked for a R2500 refund from the Centurion branch of this company for goods I didn't need anymore. They asked for my ID, proof of bank account which I did and they promised that I'll have payment before Friday the 14 of April, up to now no payment is made. I called them several times and they promised to call me back which they didn't. I just want my money back and I'll never buy from those guys again.
