Pineware is a sh****y product !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you give a 0 star rating ? Well that is what I want to give these people. Their products are the lowest quality I have ever bought. a year ago I bought 2 misting fans. Shortly after I unboxed it the first motor went bang and I returned the item -they reimbursed me. Not too long after that the second item starting giving me problems as well where the motor would take a while before it really started going. And then even longer and then even longer. I really didnt want to go through the hassle of dismantling the thing and repacking it so I left it. It started working okay again. Then winter came so i put it away for a few months. Summer is here people and it is HOT !!! So the fan came out. Guess what - it is DEAD !!!! Yes the turn thing works and so does the mister but NOT THE FAN...... I emailed Pineware directly only receive a generic mail with a warranty document attached. Now I must make a plan myself to get it to a service centre nowhere near my house (why do we do online shopping????) - This is a sh****y product. DO NOT BUY PINEWARE. DO NOT BUY PINEWARE. DO. NOT. BUY. PINEWARE. Their product and their service sucks !
