Pathetic service

<p>Bought a sewing machine from Game mall @ carnival. On getting home to work with the brand new machine it was found to be faulty. Brought it back for exchange but was told that it had to be sent away for service. A month later received feedback to collect machine. Collected machine, went home machine in worse state and now back at game ********** Empisal refuse to assist as well as Game mall@carnival, to resolve this issue. Standing for over an hour and have been told that we are now to send the machine in for repairs again. This is unacceptable and want assistance asap.</p>
