Pathetic home if living brands and Russell Hobbs

I purchased a Russel Hobbs fleece king electric blanket a year ago. I have already purchased 3 controllers from home of living brands. All 3 have packed up after one month of use. I currently have 4 controllers all of which don't work. The customer service is pathetic at holb. And whoever responds to emails are clearly ********. I have to pay for delivery every purchase because they don't allow me to collect from Germiston which is near me. It's such a frustrating product. Useless customer service. Never ever support any of their brands and never contact customer service unless you have patience of a sloth.
