Pathetic customer service, far in fornt of even the government on uselessness!
Their customer services SUCKS! Basically impossible to get them to answer their phones. If they do answer eventually (miracle!), they are rude and in short useless - NO communication skills what so ever! It is in fact such a pity that they are dealing with amazing brands such as Russel & Hobbs - absolutely PATHETIC :(
