Not happy with the machine

I bought a mixer at Boardmans in Vaal mall, after using it once I was not happy with how it mixes, the machine heated up way too quickly and had a bad noise. And it also had a burning smell. I returned it to boardmans stating why I don't want it they said they will send it to get tested. They came back to me saying there is no fault they tested with water for 3 days and didn't hear a noice. They didn't check all my other concerns, and they kept transferring me to different people who had different stories!<br> <br> I am not happy with Russel hobb and their produst! They refuse to credit me and I'm supposed to pay for something I'm not happy about! If your machine doesn't do what I bought it for which is mixing why hould I pay for services not rendered!the service is also poor!!! Unprofessional!
