Non existence of brand quality, poor quality of their products and lack of service, don't believe their warranty.

This review refers to Model No. RHSC055, the Russel Hobbs stick blender set but not limited too as I have now gotten to the point of total disgust. We purchased this set under the assumption that we have a two year warranty as was done so on 12-05-2023, after using the balloon whisk for the first time within the retail warranty time frame, it broke when trying to whisk cream which is shocking. I tried to return it to Checkers, New Market and they were gladly willing to exchange it but they didn't have the correct model and informed me that I needed to contact Russell Hubbs as all other devices pertaining to this set were in perfect order.

My sister, whom this was purchased for informed me that she would resolve this but she has been extremely ill as a result of her disability and after trying to contact Russell Hobbs for the past two weeks I can see that there isn't a department called customer service to such a extent that I returned to Checkers New Market to ascertain the representative to Russell Hobbs manager/brand manager information namely, Thulani but the number given was incorrect so I jabe sent emails, electronic requests and even called into HQ as per the contact details as per their web-site to get this matter resolved which failed and was a complete waste of my time.

We have the original receipt but this should have been resolved in May already as the easy access to have matters like this resolved is such drama never mind the disappointing moment of the balloon whisk that I have to ask whether this wasn't a problem from day one or a defected product.

There is no excellence anymore and product life-cycles is just another way to ake a purchase and thereafter please don't come back to us with your issues, never-mind quality...HAS RUSSELL HOBBS SA FALLEN SO FAR FROM GRACE AND EXCELLENCE?

So if your a consumer reading this...do not trust their warranty, their products or any assistance because the above is merely one of the products our entire family has had a problem with...it is not a brand of quality or excellent...just a waste of time.
