Never buy Russell Hobbs equipment

I bought a few Russell Hobbs equipment namely 2 irons, microwave and the glass kettle. I have had to throw away the 2 Iron and the kettle because they stopped working fair enough things get old and stop working but the worst is that my microwave is rusting very bad. I reported this to Russell Hobbs and i was advised to take it in to see what the problem is i was told by James that nothing can be done i then asked him if its normal for this to happen and i was told that after each use i must wipe the microwave i read the manual and no where does it say wipe after each use. So they are basically selling people wrong things. I tried dealing with them directly and im being ignored. I will not take this lying down as these big companies like exploiting us consumers. I thought there is something wrong with the way i use their equipment but now i must throw away the 4th thing its not acceptable.
