NEVER BUY RUSSELL HOBBS AGAIN

This company believes that if you ignore the customers emails and phone calls the problem will go away. Faulty appliances do land up in the hands of the consumer but the way that Home of Living Brands deal with faulty Russell Hobbs appliances is beyond shocking. I will never buy any Russell Hobbs product again. Home of Living Brands do not honor warrenties on the Russell Hobbs products, not after one day, a few weeks nor a few months after purchase. BE WARNED, when buying Russell Hobbs or any other appliance "supported" by Home of Living Brands the warrenty will not be honored.
