Microwave - poor quality dead within 11 months

I am disappointed in your product, I bought my microwave in 2022 August which is 2 years 8 months now,

It started giving me issue before a year, I took it back to the retail July 2023, now it started fuming, mind you I followed all possible precautions and took care of it which pains alot seeing it dying while looking as good as new.

At some point it would not start I would get error codes. Or it would start and stop withing seconds, sometimes it would switch off when I close it and switch on when I open it which was useless coz I wouldn't work. I then started hearing some electronic burning smell, then last time I used it, it was fuming at the back.
