Low Quality Russel Hobbs blender/

Good day, I brought a Russel Hobbs Blender 2/3 months ago, at Jabulani Mall and only opened the box a week ago. The first time using the blending; smoke started to come out while it was blending, I opened to examine what the issue is and the straws came off. and the "glue" that holds the bottom and top came off. Its now sitting there, this was an investment, which I thought was quality.
