Lazy boy couches

I Bought lazy boy couches cash at Russels Boksburg in 2019 few days after delivery i reported a fault on the two seater at the branch and i was asked how can it be?? The couch was “looked” at but not fixed i was told that the “material warranty” expired! Now the problem actually got worse, the bottom is tearing out and my warranty is about to expire and nobody wants to fix the problem!!! Is this how this furniture store rip people off?? I actually regret buying these couches they were very expensive and i am now sitting with a two seater that is at the verge of giving in. Russels staff are okay with doing the sales but not dealing and fixing the problems. Should have taken the sale to a furniture store where i was going to get value for money
