Kettle repairs

<p>Well I bought a Pineware Kettle last year that the plastic has swollen with the boiling and now has decided it boils but doesnt switch off completely. The head office tell me I must ride to Port Elizabeth to the repair centre with it, that is ridiculous 500kms there and back and then I will have to repeat to collect. Surely, they have another way of dealing with repairs for products bought at Pick 'n Pay. Thats its with Pineware for me a long time supporter out of the window.</p>
