Home of the living brand bad after sales service dont care attitude

How disgusted i am with Russel Hobbs home of the living brand my water steamer had a small crack and it was leaking water i sent pictures to them machine is brand new but i bought it second hand through cash crusaders and sent them till slip i begged them to fix it they passed the buck oh sorry out of warranty cant help you i only used machine very few times i ask people to change to a different brand these people dont care for after sales service next time buy a good brand people 1000 rand machine down the drain i was honest straight and i asked if they could help me they said i must pay, stay away from this brand i even sent e mails they not bothered to even respond spend your hard earned money on a reputible brand where the company loves it customers
