I have pedestal fan. Model no is RHPF100. I am looking for “Guard Ring”. I am following up with their Johannesburg spare part division since April 2024. Every time I called them or email them, I get standard reply. “Kindly note that we do not have the required part in stock now. We have added you to the waiting list, as soon as we receive stock we will then contact you.” When asked when they are expecting new stock answer is they don’t know.

Please stay away from their product as they do not care about customer service.
