HOLB Repair Service

I would like to compliment Home of Living Brands' repair department, specifically the technician, Nkosinathi Tongo, for their prompt and excellent service. I handed in a 12 year old fan for repairs and the following day was advised that the replacement part was no longer available, but Nkosinathi used his initiative and adapted a part another s****ped fan and repaired my fan. He advised me the following day that the fan had been repaired at a very reasonable cost and could be collected. The result was that the repair and return of the fan took only 4 days. I was very impressed and grateful for Nkosinathi's initiative and pleasant attitude. Thank you.
