The product I returned was damaged and I expected it to be repaired. When I was told it was discontinued I thought I would receive the damaged item back, but when I was told I would receive a replacement unit at the repair cost I was pleasantly surprised. This is definitely going beyond with service delivery! I was kept informed and received my unit on time as per communication. Great service thank you.
