Great service

In December we bought a cookie press in Bloemfontein for my mother, who lives in Port Elizabeth. After using it once, the cookie press broke, and as there is no branch in PE to return it to, I was referred to the Johannesburg office of Home of Living Brands. I reached a lady (I sadly cannot remember her name), who promptly phoned me back to give me the number of the service centre in Port Elizabeth. When my mother dropped the cookie press off, the lady even contacted them to let them know to expect us for assistance. The cookie press could not be fixed, but was replaced after a week or so. I would just like to say thank you for wonderful service which is so rare these days.
