Great Customer Service!

I was recently gifted a Russell Hobbs electric blanket and to my surprise, one of the controllers were not working. I contacted home of living brands, and was greeted by a lovely, warm and friendly lady by the name of Stephanie. Stephanie assisted me over the phone with my query in under 10 minutes. She was so efficient and professional, and quickly sorted my query out. Her customer service was impeccable!
