Formal complaint against Markro cornubia and Russel hobbs umgeni

To whom it may concern.

I brought a Russel Hobbs 7 piece trimmer set from markro with a 1 year store warranty and 1 year russel hobbs warrenty. My store warrenty expired but I still had a Russel Hobbs warrenty. I was advise by markro to contact Russel Hobbs to pick the item for repairs however when I contacted Russel Robb they advise me that they can't pick the item up as they don't have a driver and I should bring the item to them this is causing so much inconvenience to me and I am very upset because I need to run around to get this fix because they don't have someone to pick the item up from me. Very bad services
