Faulty kettles RussellHobbs

On 29.11.2019 I bought a RusselHobbs kettle at Checkers in Raslouw. I filled it with water and after it switched off the handle was so hot, I could hardly pick up the kettle. Today 2.12.2019 I took back the kettle and it was replaced and exactly the same thing happened. I do not want to exchange it for another brand, as that is what Checkers mow suggested. I contacted the customer care service of RussellHobbs and the person who assisted me was *********** and had the audacity to tell me I must by a more expensive kettle! RussellHobbs your service is poor and sucks big time. I am throwing your kettle in the dust bin. I am never buying anything ever again that carries the RussellHobbs brand name.
