Exchange of Russel Hobbs 30L Microwave

We took our Microwave back to Home of Living Brands for a exchange to to the coating inside the unit was coming off. Today it has almost been a month that i have been struggling with these people. Now i have been referred to Game and they still are not pulling their wait. The service is extremely bad no follow up calls nothing. Despite the fact that i was told that we would get a new unit two days later, then we got told the gentlemen that told us that had left.
