excellent service

I went up to westmead on Friday and bought a switch and transformer from sugen. however both units failed and I returned to the store on Monday to sort out my problem. I was treated with respect which is hard to get nowadays by both parties ie. sugen and the ladies in the store. I was sorted in a few minutes and was on my way home a happy man.
