Dont even purchase Empisal.

The service from Living Brands is the worst that I have ever experienced. We purchased a Empisal Steam press from Hirsch's around 2 1/2 years ago for around R6 500.00. All that we need is the cover. It has been on back order since September last year. Now one person tells me that the product is discontinued and we must simply s**** it. Another tells me that is not the case. They just dont have stock. No-one returns calls. The MD is never in the office. The senior management apparently also disappear as soon as the MD leaves. They cant even give me the contact details for Empisal directly. Dont ever purchase Empisal.
