Do not order online from Russell Hobbs

I have ordered a product online on 7 September. The product was delivered on 14 September. The product did not work and was picked up by a courier on 21 September. I have emailed the same person that I corresponded with regarding the faulty product, no reply. I phoned Jhb office as that is where I got the product from, they couldn't help me, I phoned CT office, sent an email and still no correspondence in 3 weeks.
