Do not buy the Russell Hobbs Ideal Temp iron

I purchased the Russell Hobbs Ideal Temp iron from Makro on 2 September 2015 - on recommendation that it is the best iron out there. This obviously came at a hefty price of R700!!! Five months down the line, the iron simply won't heat up anymore. It is barely used once a week for about an hour. And of course I now have to wait 6 weeks for the repair. Highly disappointed in Russell Hobbs especially after paying so much money for this product.<br> <br> Bottom line: DO NOT BUY RUSSELL HOBBS IRONS!!!
