Customer care shocking service

Shocking customer service. No reply to online query or email. Waste of time trying to phone - get put on hold for absolute ages to finally speak to someone only to be transferred from one person to the next or just cut off! Your Russell Hobbs airfryer for my elderly patents is under its warranty and needs repair/replacement, but how do I get my matter seen to with this type of service?!?
