Change your title to Home of the not so living brands
I bought a Russell Hobbs electric blanket just over a month ago and the one bedside control is not working , I phoned living brands this morning to place a warranty claim (I also registered for extended warranty) only to be told everyone is in a meeting and they will phone sometime today , they were not even willing to commit to a time

24 May 2024, 13:34Phoned this morning was told they are in a meeting , as no one phoned me by 13h32 I phoned again only to be told they are still in a meeting clearly meetings are way more important then clients but guess what no clients no more meetings.
