Bad service with Russells

Please make sure you dont buy a bed from russells my grandmother bought a bed from Russels in fochville end of july 2022 they deliver one of the floor and we have been struggling for 2 months now to get the bed replaced the matress springs is making a noises.. They called us to refund us within 7 days but then they have to collect the bed before the refund how can they let an old person not have a bed to sleep on they have no respect if you ask me and this is also now going on for 2 weeks and nothing is being done i am now fed up calling the branch manager she is not doing much about this i will never ever do business with them again
