Bad service

I have a large Russell Hobbs oven and hob and the oven has stopped working. I emailed the company a week ago to ask what I can do and have had no response. I called a technician myself and he informed me the part I needed was discontinued so my oven was unable to be fixed. This oven is only 7 or 8 years old and for the cost of the appliance I would expect more.
