These people are the purported agents for home appliances e.g. Hoover, Russel Hobbs and many others.

Their customer support is non-existent, and they are absolutely useless.

Obtaining spares is a nightmare even if you are lucky enough to have them respond to an enquiry.

Don't use their products - try someone more reputable.
